Naturall is a guided movement workshop by dance artist Dereck Cayla (a.o. dancer with ICK Amsterdam) in collaboration with photographer/designer Angela Lidderdale. A declaration that all bodies live by the value of dance.
This two-day physical workshop derives from Dereck’s performance Mermaids. These mythical creatures, hybrids of nature and people, inspired Dereck to create a duet about our human nature. Based on his research, together you will energetically explore the possibilities of your bodies to feel open, available and receptive in order to connect and interact with nature.
On the first day you will focus on exploring and learning skills by improvisation techniques, on the second day your dance and movement research will be captured by photographer/designer Angela Lidderdale.
